HABITAT
- Usually, Darwin's Fox tends to prefer old-growth forest, although secondary forest, pastures, and opening are part of their habitat.
- However, on the Pacific coast of Chiloé Island, the foxes live in a fragmented area of coastal sand dunes mixed with dense evergreen forest.
